“Violeta Went to Heaven”

Chilean folksinger Violeta Parra helped revive her country’s traditional music and introduced the Nueva Canción genre to the world. “Violeta Went to Heaven,” a film about the life of Violeta Parra, is now playing in major U.S cities.
