Sabiduría: Amor De Lejos

Weeks after getting married, Edilia Gonzalez left Colombia for Brooklyn on a student visa. The plan was for her husband Ramiro would be joining her right away, to start their lives together in the US. But Ramiro’s visa was denied, leaving Edilia in a tough situation. For this week’s “Sabiduria” – words of wisdom – Edilia Gonzalez tells her story, 41 years later.
