After suffering domestic violence in an abusive relationship, Carolyn “Mima” Texidor decided to turn her pain into painting. She found that not only was she a talented artist, but she was finding solace and healing through her work. One successful art show later, she decided to take her newfound love and use it as a launching point for new and undiscovered artists. In this week’s Sabiduría, Mima shares what she’s learned from her experiences.
